Privacy policy
Last updated : August 5, 2026
This policy explains what data Cuniro processes, how it's used, and where things stand on points we haven't confirmed yet — we never claim something is settled when it isn't.
Who operates Cuniro
Cuniro is currently operated by Issam Yazid Jebbari in his individual capacity. There is no registered company at this time. For any question, contact contact@cuniro.com.
Data we collect directly from you
Your account name and email address. Your business information (business name, city, country, currency, business type). Your Settings (language, theme, message signature, business logo if you upload one). Anything you send us directly — support or contact requests, including the contents of your message.
Data your business enters into Cuniro
As a Cuniro customer, you use the product to manage your own members. You enter, and we store on your behalf: member names and phone numbers, whether a member has WhatsApp available, membership plans and dates, payment records you log, follow-up notes, and activity history. This is your data about your members — see Section 8 for how we describe our role.
Technical data
Authentication session data (see our Cookies Policy). Security-relevant logs, to the extent our infrastructure providers generate them. Device and browser information collected automatically. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data via Vercel Web Analytics (see Section 9).
What we use this data for
Creating and maintaining your account; authenticating you securely; letting you manage your members' memberships; tracking payments and renewals you record; preparing WhatsApp reminder messages for your review; responding to your support requests; keeping the service secure; understanding, in aggregate, how the product is used. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
How WhatsApp messaging actually works
Cuniro does not automatically send WhatsApp messages. The product prepares a message for you to review. You decide whether to send it, and you send it yourself, manually, from your own WhatsApp.
How payments actually work today
Member/customer payments are recorded inside Cuniro by you — Cuniro does not process or move that money. Cuniro's own subscription payments currently go through a manual process; PayPal checkout exists in the product but is switched off right now. Upgrading to Pro is currently activated manually. There is no automatic recurring billing happening today.
Our role: who controls what
For the member/business data you upload, you — the business — are the controller. Cuniro acts as a data processor: we store and process that data only to provide you the service, following your instructions. For your own account data, Cuniro is the controller.
Who else processes this data (service providers)
Vercel — hosts the website and application, and provides Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless; anonymous page-view and device metadata). Supabase — provides our database and authentication system, hosted in the eu-west-1 region. Email delivery: infrastructure used to send account, service and support communications. Cuniro application emails and Supabase authentication emails are treated as two separate flows until evidence confirms they share the same provider. We do not currently use any advertising or marketing-tracking service provider.
International data transfers
Your account and business data is stored on Supabase infrastructure located in the eu-west-1 region (Ireland, European Union). If you and your members are located in Morocco or elsewhere, this means data is transferred to and processed in the EU. The appropriate legal mechanism for this transfer under Moroccan law is under confirmation.
How long we keep data
No fixed automatic deletion schedule is currently implemented. Data may remain while the account is active. You may request deletion at any time via contact@cuniro.com. Legal, security or dispute-related retention may apply where necessary.
Security
All connections to the site and app are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to your workspace requires authentication. Each business's data is isolated from other businesses' data. Administrative access to the platform is restricted to a small number of authorized roles. We do not claim any security certification (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001).
Your rights
You can, at any time: ask what data we hold about you; ask us to correct inaccurate data; object to certain uses of your data; ask us to delete your data, where applicable; withdraw consent, where a specific use relies on it. To exercise any of these rights, contact contact@cuniro.com.
CNDP (Morocco data protection)
No CNDP declaration or authorization has been submitted for Cuniro yet. Before onboarding real customer data at scale, the appropriate CNDP notification procedure, the processing locations, and whether a foreign-transfer procedure is required will be confirmed with the help of a qualified professional.
Children
Cuniro is a business tool intended for business owners and staff, not for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page.
