By using Cuniro, you accept the following terms.
Who operates Cuniro
Cuniro is currently operated by Issam Yazid Jebbari in his individual capacity. There is no registered company at this time.
Eligibility and scope
Cuniro is intended for businesses and professionals, not primarily for personal, family or household use. You must have the authority to act on behalf of the business you register.
The service
Cuniro helps business owners track expiring memberships, see revenue at risk, record payments, and prepare WhatsApp reminders. It is not a full business-management, accounting, or invoicing system.
Your account and business authority
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered in your workspace, including your members' contact details. By creating a workspace, you represent that you're authorized to act on that business's behalf.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Cuniro only for legitimate renewal and membership management of your business, in compliance with applicable law. Prohibited uses include: accessing another business's workspace or data without authorization, using the service to harass or spam anyone, and using WhatsApp messaging in a way that violates WhatsApp's own terms or applicable messaging-consent law.
Customer data you control
You control the member and business data you enter into Cuniro. You are responsible for having any consent required from your members before entering their information and before contacting them.
Intellectual property
Cuniro and its underlying software remain the property of its operator. You retain ownership of the data you and your business enter into the product.
WhatsApp messages
Cuniro prepares WhatsApp messages; sending remains manual and under your responsibility. Nothing is sent automatically. You must have your members' consent to contact them.
Service plans and limits
Current plans: Free ($0/month, up to 30 members), Pro ($25/month, up to 500 members), and Enterprise (custom). Features and limits are described on the Pricing page and may change with notice.
Manual payment and activation
Payment for a Pro plan and its activation are currently handled manually. PayPal checkout exists in the product but is switched off; there is no automatic recurring billing today. For any billing question, contact contact@cuniro.com.
Cancellation
You may stop using Cuniro at any time. Cancelling prevents future renewal or future charges but does not, by itself, refund the current billing period.
Refunds
Unless required by applicable law, subscription and activation fees are generally non-refundable once the Pro plan has been activated. A customer may contact contact@cuniro.com to request review of exceptional circumstances: a duplicate or incorrect payment, payment made without successful plan activation, prolonged material inability to access the paid service caused by Cuniro, or another situation where a refund is required by applicable law. Approved refunds may be full or partial depending on the circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Taxes
Prices displayed by Cuniro do not include taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes will be determined in accordance with the laws applicable to the transaction, including the customer's location. Where the customer is legally required to account for taxes directly, the customer is responsible for doing so; this clause does not transfer to the customer any tax obligation that applicable law places on Cuniro. Billing today is manual; no automatic tax calculation is currently provided, and no VAT amount is stated on invoices.
Suspension
We may suspend access to protect the security or integrity of the service, or in response to a violation of Section 6, with notice where reasonably possible.
Termination
Either party may end the relationship at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends.
Data export and deletion
You may request export or deletion of your workspace data by contacting contact@cuniro.com. Deleting a workspace goes through dedicated safeguards to prevent accidental, irreversible data loss.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We do not currently commit to a specific uptime guarantee or service-level agreement.
Third-party services
Cuniro relies on third-party infrastructure and integrates with WhatsApp (a service of Meta) for message sending, which you perform yourself, and with PayPal for a currently-disabled checkout flow. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of these third-party services.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Features may evolve. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cuniro's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the use of Cuniro will be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. This choice of law does not limit rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded. Cuniro is intended for businesses internationally, not only in Morocco. If you are located outside Morocco, you may also have mandatory rights under your own local law. Nothing here claims that Moroccan law replaces the GDPR, UK GDPR, US state privacy laws, or any other mandatory local law that applies to you.
Dispute process
Before pursuing formal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting contact@cuniro.com.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page.
